Procedure step by step:
 
1.    Fill up the form from S2 Driving Tutorial School 
       Download form here: 
       ►Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) request for Student Permit
       ► Practical Driving Course (PDC) request for Non-Professional Licence

Note:
This application form is only for Walk-in Clients Only!!! FREE 200 PHP.

2.    Register Account from LTMS portal 
 
      
       Note: this is free click LTMS
       ►You need active gmail account to create LTMS account
 
3.    Send your requirements by sending in my email address s2drivingtutorial2022@gmail.com
       or Contact here by click Messenger
 
4.    Bring the application form you downloaded and screenshots of your account in LTMS portal account into the nearest S2 Driving Tutorial School in your area. 

5.    Requirements:
       ►Application Form
       ►LTMS Portal
       ►PSA Birth Certificate / Married (if married) (xerox / orig)
       ►Valid Id's (xerox / orig)
       ►17 years old (need parent consent) (1 parent id's)

REMINDERS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

Must be complete all your requirements before you are going to LTO office.
